Hydrate & Perform powder is used to prepare an isotonic drink
used for effort to help cover the needs of athletes
water, energy and micro-nutrients. Contains carbohydrates and sodium,
so it works twice:

Composition: Sacrose, glucose syrup, citric acid, sodium citrate,

To use: Dissolve 40g in 500ml of water. It is recommended to consume a drink
