Can I buy a fraction of a Bitcoin
You can buy a small fraction (even $10 worth) of any crypto currency – you do not need to buy an entire “bitcoin”
Please consult with the Exchange where you plan to convert your dollars or Euros into the chosen currency (some have a $5 minimum order, others have $10 etc)
Where can I buy some cryptocurrency?
There are literally hundreds of exchanges in th eworld where to buy crypto currencies.
Yo can use Kucoin (a favorite for milions of users ) or Binance (also very Popular, nr1 exchange in the world) or any of the hundreds of other exchanges. You can also exchange USD to CRYPTO on any of the Hardware wallets like Tangem
I am in Europe and MiCA has blocked my exchange
In most cases the exchange is not blocked, it just can not actively advertise to EU citizens.
There are some functions however which might not be available, like Futures trading (derivatives) or high leverage.
While this is not advice on how to walk around this, some users use a VPN
How to send crypto to another wallet
When sending crypto to another address, you need ot be careful:
1- choose the correct address (verify it, if possible use COPY/PASTE of the entire address from the trusted source of the address to where you are sending from, as a single character mistyped in the address will make you loose the entire crypto being transferred)
2- choose the correct blockchain. Address is the destination (where its going), while you can think of Blockchain as the transport (how its going there). Choosing an incompatible blockchain will also make you lose your funds.
3. A very good way of ensuring the safety of the transfer is, if this is the first time you are sending to this address, send a small quantity first (a few dollars) and only after it arrives safely, send the rest.

Is OZIWAY Halal ?
This is a difficult one to answer, but lets analize the main objections when determining if products are Halal vs Haram:
Gharar – Excessive Ambiguity & Risk Uncertainty
Maisir – Utility & Real Economic Value vs. Speculative Gambling
Thaman vs Riba – Monetary Functionality (Thaman or Mutaqawwim) & Absence of Use case (Riba)
The products which OZIWAY predicts are all useful projects (all large cap utility projects) and using mathematics and Artificial Intelligence we increase our chance of success
- Reduction of Gharar (Uncertainty) Through Empirical Analysis
- Elimination of Maisir (Gambling) Mechanics
- Strict Scope: Underlying Assets Possess True Utility (Mutaqawwim)
While this is not a definitive answer, and many can argue, we base our answer on available materials:
- Amanie Advisors (Malaysia & Global): Ether (ETH) is Shariah-Compliant.
- Amanah Advisors (UK / Global): Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) are Halal (Maal / Recognized Wealth).
- Shariyah Review Bureau (SRB – Bahrain): Bitcoin and Ethereum pass Shariah Screening Criteria.
- Prominent Independent Scholars & Platforms:
- Islamic Finance Guru (IFG): Co-founded by Ibrahim Khan and Mufti Faraz Adam, IFG maintains an active Shariah Crypto Screener rating both BTC and ETH as Halal based on liquidity, utility, and market consensus
- Shaykh Joe Bradford (US): A prominent American Islamic finance scholar who treats major cryptos like BTC and ETH as Maal (zakatable digital wealth) based on store-of-value function, transparent protocols, and real utility
- Dr. Monzer Kahf & Dr. Ziyaad Mahomed (INCEIF): Respected Islamic economists who argue that anything recognized by society as having value and utility without inherent prohibition (Haram) qualifies as tradeable property under Fiqh al-Mu’amalat.
