Vitamin B is in fact a group of water-soluble substances that, with the exception of vitamin B12, are not stored in the body and must be delivered with food every day. How to supplement vitamin B? Substances in this group can be found in cereal products, meat, eggs, fish, milk, legumes and fresh vegetables. However, B vitamins are easily destroyed or flushed during storage and food processing processes, so we should pay special attention to whether our diet contains enough.
Properties of vitamin B:

Naturell Vitamin B Complex Forte is recommended for periods of intense intellectual, mental and physical exertion.
Recommended serving for daytime intake: adults 1 tablet per day. Do not exceed the recommended portion for daily consumption - the daily amount of vitamin B should not be exceeded. A dietary supplement can not be used as a substitute (substitute) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body.
Ingredients: filling substances: calcium phosphates (dicalcium phosphate), microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; niacin (nicotinic acid amide), glazing substance: fatty acids (stearic acid), pantothenic acid (Calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), biotin (D-biotin), folic acid (pteroil acid vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), glazing substances: silicon dioxide, hydroxyropylethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids (magnesium stearate); dyes: titanium dioxide, oxides and iron hydroxides; glazing substance: polyethylene glycol.
