HOW TO USE:
The recommended daily allowance is 12 capsules.
A single serving of the preparation - 6 capsules drink 300 ml of water. Use 2
portions per day.
* On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before training, 2nd serving
immediately after training.
* On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving before
Bedtime.
